Additional fees include:
- A $25 surcharge is assessed on all executions placed by phone in addition to the standard commission rate. This surcharge applies to all trades for initial public offerings (IPOs) and new issue.
- Partial fills (orders filled over multiple days): subject to additional commission charges.
- Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) fee: based on a percentage of the total dollar amount of US securities sold.
