REDUCED USD IN RSP COMMISSION FEES
If you currently hold U.S. cash and trade USD securities in your TFSA, RRSP, spousal RRSP,
or LIRA, the $5.00 U.S. flat-per-day commission fee payable each day you trade USD securities
no longer applies.
LIFs, RIFs, spousal RIFs, and RESPs cannot directly hold U.S. dollars. These accounts will
continue to hold USD units with each unit equal to one U.S. dollar. A $5.00 U.S. flat-per-day
commission is applied each day you trade USD securities no matter how many trades you make.

QUESTRADERELITE ENHANCEMENTS AND REDUCED FEES
The QuestraderELITE platform has been updated to offer these new features:
- bracket orders
- basket orders
- multiple trade tickets
Starting July 1st, the standard monthly data fee will reduce to $55 from $75, and you
can qualify for free standard data when you complete 40 trades per month instead of 60.

DATA PLANS AND HST
On July 1st, 2010, the British Columbia and Ontario governments will roll out the
harmonized sales tax (HST). This new tax combines and replaces the PST
(provincial sales tax) and GST (goods and services tax) for those two provinces.
One change that may affect you is how we provide rebates for your platform market data.
On July 1st, any data fees you incur, plus GST or HST where applicable, will be charged
to your account. We are also introducing a data plan – a tiered rebate system based on
your trading activity. With the addition of the new data plan:
- some data feeds (such as market by price) will be unbundled from packages;
- prices will be adjusted on packages and individual feeds;
- depending on how much you trade, you may be eligible for significant rebates.

TRADE CONFIRMATIONS IN myQUESTRADE
Now you can see your trade confirmations right in myQuestrade. With this new tool
you can:
- create trade confirmation reports filtered by account, date, and even by security
symbol
- view the reports online or export them in PDF and CSV formats
- review historical reports for stocks, options, mutual funds and fixed income securities.
Login to myQuestrade,
go to
my accounts and click on the new
trade confirmation
tab on the left-hand side of the page.
