We take your feedback seriously and are committed to helping address your concerns. If you have a complaint, please reach out to us. We’ll work to ensure your issue is addressed and will do our best to help find a solution.

Please contact us at 1.888.909.5588. Ask to speak to a supervisor as soon as you have a concern. Our goal is to ensure your situation is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible and that you’re satisfied with the result.

The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC)
The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada supervises financial institutions such as trust and loan companies to ensure that they comply with federal consumer protection laws.

If you have a complaint that you think may involve a violation of a consumer protection law, contact FCAC in writing.
